We are extremely excited to be offering this unique shaker door builder service to both our trade and DIY customers.

Whether you are looking to revitalise your kitchen with a fresh new look, or are having some fitted cabinetry installed, you have come to the right place.

Our shaker doors are built using very high quality Medite MRMDF. Using our revolutionary two piece system, we guarantee a door that has superior stability, long lasting quality and a perfect painting surface.

All of our shaker doors come in a 22mm thickness which gives a really nice sturdy and premium feel over the traditional 18mm doors.

How to use the door builder.

1. If you a replacing existing doors on your kitchen, first you need to measure your current doors. We always suggest measuring from the back of the door as this will generally give the most accurate reading - take your measurements in millimetres (mm) and write down a list of all the doors you require.
2. Load up our door builder (below) and input your measurements one by one, you also have the option to add to basket and build another if you are inputting multiple doors.
3. Painting - All of our bare doors come sanded and prepped ready for applying primer and top coat if you are happy to paint yourselves at home. We also offer a professional spray painting service using the Anker Stuy paint system. We can match any paint colour you like, so once you click 'Yes' for the painting option you will see a text box appear below to input your paint code.
4. Hinge bore drilling - Kitchen doors generally come with a 35mm hole bored into the back to allow simple and fast fitting. If you choose yes for this option please note that holes will be drilled 100mm from the top and bottom of the door. If you require different sizes please email us after placing your order.
